Jun 24, 2018. #1. Hi All. I got myself 2007 Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 8V with Dualogic transmission recently. The car was driving fine for two weeks but after one morning I just wouldn't start. When you turn key to the first position everything is fine, all lights come on and off as it should but when you are trying to start nothing happens. Last nite I noticed it took a few attempts to get it into gear from neutral but didn't think much of it. Then this morning when I went out the digital display read , manual method Armax. Hi Emmerson, the dualogic is just a robot that shift gears for you The lever is quite different than a manual (non-dualogic) one, so it's pretty easy to identify. The gearbox itself is exactly the same, so has the same recommendations regarding maintenance. W In a nutshell the Dualogic is an automatic gearbox with sequential manual transmission (or you can think of it as been a manual gearbox with auto transmission but I think the former is a more accurate description). In auto mode, its just like an auto gearbox. In manual mode, you push the gearstick up to go up a gear, and down to go down a gear Hello everyone, I have bought a 2009 1.4 Petrol Fiat Grande Punto with 62,000 and one yrs MOT. The car is really in nice condition and has a Dualogic gearbox. But I have an annoying problem when driving the car. As I slow down to say the traffic lights the auto box goes straight to Neutral and the car will not then go back in gear. Ipx4l.
